Hengli Town

Hengli Town is a small city located close to ChangPing in the county of Dongguan . In recent years Hengli town has tried to spur development of its city center by creating a "SODO" district focusing on a row of small strip of stores with the intention of getting visitors from Hong Kong to come up for some weekend shopping. This caused some local controversy due to the fact it required the central street to be closed to vehicles.
